During the initial consultation, we help identify your needs and your vision. Some of the details we discuss are materials (metal type and quality and the incorporation of diamonds or gemstones), overall aesthetic and design elements, budget / production estimate, and timeline. Because this process is not one-size-fits-all, we may schedule additional appointments to see stones hand-selected for your jewelry and to finalize design details.

A CAD (computer aided design) model often helps you and our team visualize how the elements of your design fit together and may be required for certain pieces.

If a CAD design is required before production, we typically ask for a $300 deposit. This non-refundable deposit is applied to the overall balance of your bespoke piece.

Once your design has been approved, our team will bring your vision to life! Our production methods may include hand-carving a wax model or creating a prototype based on the CAD rendering, casting, or using traditional hand-fabrication techniques.

There are distinct differences between these methods and some finished pieces may incorporate more than one.

Once your custom design has been finished, a complimentary appraisal is provided detailing a description of the piece, method of production, stone characteristics, photos and replacement value.
